Fabrice Coutanceau

Son of a restaurateur, Fabrice Coutanceau started to work in the food industry in France, where he learned the profession of cook and confectioner at the prestigious hotel school in Paris. After his training, he worked in renowned restaurants, including La Musardière,a member of the Relais & Chateaux network. After working at the Ministry of Culture as a private chef for the Minister Francois Leotard, Fabrice Coutanceau left his native country to the greatest pleasure of Quebecers.

With experience gained with renowned caterers such as the very famous Le Nôtre and François Clerc in Paris, Fabrice Coutanceau brings his expertise to Québec, first at the Auberge Hatley, then the pastry shop La Gascogne and at Denise Cornellier Traiteur. In 2003, he decided to create his own catering business in order to offer an inventive cuisine that is spontaneous and so much appreciated.
